About HenryCalc

Clear, free financial calculators for people with equity comp and early-retirement goals.

HenryCalc builds focused calculators for the questions high earners actually ask: what RSUs cost in tax, when ISOs trigger the alternative minimum tax, how much room is left for a mega backdoor Roth, and when financial independence is realistic.

How the numbers are built

Every calculator is powered by transparent, unit-tested formulas. Tax constants - brackets, contribution limits, AMT exemptions, and state rates - are kept in a single dated data file and reviewed each tax year against primary sources such as the IRS and state departments of revenue.

What we are not

HenryCalc is an educational tool, not a financial advisor. The calculators use simplified models and your inputs to produce estimates. For decisions about your money, confirm the result with a licensed CPA or financial planner.
